We are so proud of Noah, a senior in the Blind Department, for his recent trip to WNRN in Charlottesville to record a Public Service Announcement about VSDB on their radio station. Noah has been interested in radio broadcasting and has been making the Blind Department's morning announcements, which he named "Radio Yates 104.5." Going to WNRN, learning about their station, and creating this PSA was an exciting experience for him. One season ends and another one begins! Thank you to everyone who came out to support at the ESDAA Basketball Tournament this past weekend. The tournament was a wild success and we could not do it without our fans and volunteers.

Good morning! We have really been enjoying the ESDAA tournament this weekend and are so proud of all the teams and their hard work so far. Today is our final day but it is a FULL day! • We're starting off with game 9 - WVSDB vs MKSD - at 8:00. • The consolation championship 🥈 game will be at 9:30 between VSDB and DSD. • NYSSD and RSD will play for third place 🥉in their game at 11:00. • Lastly, RISD and SMSD will battle it out in the Championship game 🥇at 1:00. Don't forget!! Feb 9th - 11th the ESDAA Boys' Basketball Tournament will be hosted here at VSDB in the Lewellyn gym. Admission is $5 per day or all three days for $10; tickets can be purchased in the gym for CASH ONLY. Concessions will also be available and are CASH ONLY. Please also make note of the bag policy (pictured) for the weekend. The first game kicks off at 2pm on Friday the 9th and the rest are indicated on the bracket pictured below.
